Cyclical Health
Consultations and Bodywork
Cyclical Health includes all people and especially those assigned female at birth because of the specific organ functions and hormones.

Unfortunately there is little to no research on trans-people with hormonal subsitution. So recommendations would be based on your current symptoms.

We are cyclical beings
As part of nature, we are exposed to its constant cycles. The moon, the sun, the seasons, the weather, all influence us and are deeply embedded in our bodies.

The uterus, for example, shows us our cyclicality every month through our menstruation. From the bleeding we can read how we live and how we relate to our bodies. Menopause shows us how we have lived our lives up to that point.
At any time our body gives us signals about our cycles and we have the chance to listen to our bodies and to honor our needs.

Many people are diconnected from their bodies and are not aware of the sensitive changes we go through during our cycles.
With Ayurveda, South American and European naturopathy you re-learn this knowledge and thus live more in harmony with your body.

You learn to read the signs of your body and can recognize and balance imbalances early. You learn to know your cycles better and to align yourself with them.

The Bodywork is designed to opening up the access to your own body, to your own pleasure and to deep emotional issues relating to sexuality and physicality.

Also the high stresses and injuries that women* and queer people experience through social structures will be looked at and a space will be created to heal them and transform them into self-love and self-efficacy.
